The PEMSEA Network of Local Government (PNLG) Annual Forum 2023 was held in Xiamen from 9 to 11 November. With the theme of "Developing Coastal Cities, Fostering Blue Partnership", the meeting attracted about 130 participants including representatives from 23 full members (all local governments) and 4 associate members from 7 countries including Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Korea and Timor-Leste, as well as renowned experts and scholars in the field of ocean affairs. A total of about 130 participants attended.
